Private Events

We'd love to host your special celebration at the Calla Lily Tea Room! Our warm and inviting space accommodates up to 35 guests and is perfect for intimate gatherings.

We offer private events on Sundays or after our regular business hours, giving you the flexibility to plan your perfect day. Whether it's a bridal shower, birthday party, or corporate gathering, let us create a memorable experience for you and your guests.

Terms and Fees

We require a minimum of 15 people and a Maximum of 35 people

• Event fee $150 for the first 2 hours and $50 every hour after that. The event fee covers set up and tear down of all food displays.
• Serving staff $45 for 1 server. $75 for 2 servers.
• Gratuity is added to all parties at 18% of total.
• Sale tax is 10%
• $150 deposit is required at time of scheduling event.
• Final count and menu choice must be to us no later then 2 weeks prior to event.

The Calla Lily does not have a liquor license. We are not able to serve alcohol.
